Useful Information
Opening times
Our surgery is open from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We also offer 24-hour care to patients who are registered members of the practice. If you need this out-of-hours service, please call 020 7244 5800, and one of our doctors or associates will help you.
Appointments
To book an appointment, please call our reception on 020 7244 5800. Wherever possible, we will arrange a convenient consultation time with the doctor of your choice. If you need to see a doctor urgently, we guarantee a same-day appointment.
We schedule longer consultation times for new patient registrations and annual health assessments.
Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the practice, and need to see a doctor at home, please call us as early as possible – ideally before 10.30am. We do most of our home visits around the middle of the day.
Telephone
If you would like to speak to one of our doctors on the phone, please call our reception and leave a message with a contact phone number. Calls will be returned outside of consultation times. Unless it is an emergency, this is most likely to be in the early evening or around lunchtime, after our scheduled appointments.
Alternatively, you can book a telephone consultation time with our receptionist.
Diagnostic Tests
For anyone who needs diagnostic tests, including X-rays and scans, we have excellent links with all the leading private hospitals and imaging centres. We are close to the Cromwell Hospital, so we can obtain rapid appointments and, in many cases, instant access to diagnostic tests.
Referrals
If you need to see a specialist, we want you to have as much choice as possible. As an independent practice with an established network of consultant colleagues, we can refer you to the best specialists in London. We also have contacts with some of the leading specialists in Europe and the US.
Chaperones
If you would like a chaperone to be present during an examination, please ask the reception staff when you book your appointment – or you can talk to your doctor about this during your consultation.
Disabled Persons
Our surgery has wheelchair access, and we can see anyone with mobility problems in our ground floor consulting and treatment rooms. If, for any reason, our building is unsuitable for your needs, please let us know, as we have an arrangement with the Cromwell Hospital to use their facilities.
