Please note that our cancellation policy for swab appointments at our drive through location is strictly 24 hours for a full refund minus a £10 per swab administration fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. In the case of swabs sent to you in advance these transactions are strictly non-refundable as soon as the swabs have been dispatched regardless of timings. Please acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.
