PROFILE:
Dr Emma Noble joined Palace Gate Practice in 2022. Originally from London, she qualified at Leeds Medical School, being recognised for her outstanding performance with Honours in her MBChB degree. Emma has a further BSc degree in Primary Care (General Practice) and gained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners following training at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital, London.

Emma has a wealth of experience across multiple specialities, having worked at many prestigious London teaching hospitals. She has worked extensively within the Guys and St Thomas’ hospital trust since 2018 including their paediatrics specialist hospital – the Evelina London Children’s Hospital – their Obstetrics and Gynaecology department, and Frailty and Elderly Care specialist units. Within other London teaching hospitals, Emma has held positions in various specialist departments including psychiatry, diabetes, stroke, respiratory, women’s health, gastroenterology and acute general medicine.

Through her work with GSTT, she has developed a sub-specialist interest in Emergency care of adults and children and works two days per week across A&E ‘Majors’ and the A&E ‘GP hub’ at St Thomas’ – seeing a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries. Beyond Palace Gate Practice, Emma has worked at a number of NHS GP practices, and retains a part time role with a practice in Clapham SW London. She holds a key role in teaching junior GPs, medical students, and embedding safe working practices into ongoing skills development.

Emma sees patients of all ages, from new-borns to the elderly, both in person, remotely, and by undertaking home visits. She sees a full range of acute medical issues given her portfolio career and thrives on the challenge of helping her patients manage complex long-term / chronic medical conditions, utilising preventative medicine and detailed health screenings where possible.

Emma prides herself on building excellent and highly-communicative relationships with patients and their families alike. Emma is well known for her meticulous attention to detail and professionalism which is greatly appreciated by her patients. In her personal life, Emma is married to renewable energy engineering consultant, and they live together in SW London. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, hiking, and skiing.
