DELIVERY AND TURNROUND TIMES
Turnaround times for general testing and test to release tests are broadly next day/24 hours. We recommend you attend our practice to get the most rapid turnaround possible. If your timings are tight, it’s well worth giving us a call on +44 (0)20 7244 5806 so we can talk through the logistics in more detail.
Day 2/8 testing can either be conducted entirely remotely, with swabs sent out to you in advance and prepaid returns envelopes which you put in any post box.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DELAYS ATTRIBUTABLE TO POSTAGE SERVICES BUT WILL PROVIDE SWABS FOR RE-TESTING IN THE EVENT OF THE COMPLETE LOSS OF A SWAB
- Please register using the appropriate links above. We need a separate form for your outbound travel and for your return.
- We will contact you by email with your testing timetable, and upon confirmation from you, send an invoice for card payment.
- Upon receipt of payment we will send you the relevant codes for your passenger locator forms, and dispatch your tests as appropriate.

Please note. Due to high demand, our usual 24 hour cancellation policy is being applied strictly to all bookings. For any bookings cancelled with 24 hours notice or more, a cancellation fee of £10 per swab will be charged to cover administration. Remote swab bookings are strictly non-refundable.
