Confidentiality, data protection and the use of personal information

The Palace Gate Practice has rigorous standards regarding maintaining confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information or data to any third party without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.

We follow the requirements of the new General Data Protection Regulations (EU) 2018 (GDPR) and the principles of data protection outlined in relation to personal data. When you register with us, you accept our terms of business and agree to the processing of personal data to enable us to work on your behalf.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to ask for details of the personal data we hold about you. You will need to make your request in writing to Dr Paul Wiseman or by submitting an online enquiry through this website. There is a no fee for this.

There are inherent risks involved with most methods of transferring personal information. However, we do all we can to make all our forms of communication as safe and confidential as possible.
